Penipuan oleh Agent Pelancongan Di Long Beach Pulau Perhentian - Akedemi IPM Sdn. Bhd

Tapi...But..This time we got another different story to tell.
Kami beramai-ramai di tipu oleh salah satu agent perlancongan, iaitu Yana..
Kami telah membuat perjanjian dengan Si Yana ini lebih kurang sebulan yang lalu. Kami seramai 12 orang telah bersetuju dengan pakej RM350 per head total (RM4,200):
1 - Matahari Chalet 3D2N
2 - Boat transfer
3 - 5 points Snorkeling
4 - 2 breakfast
5 - 1 lunch
6 - 1 dinner + 1 BBQ
Kami telah membayar half deposit, dan balance pada hari nak naik boat dari Jetty Besut ke Long Beach pada hari Jumaat - 6 June. Pada saat2 akhir nak depart tuh, En. Hannan kata chalet kami bukan chalet Matahari dan terpaksa di tukar ke Chalet Cempaka. OK FINE.. dalam perjalanan atas laut tuh kami mintak2 lar chalet itu cantik dan memenuhi citarasa kami dan juga worth it.
Bila kami sampai ke Long Beach itu, kami direct ke Matahari Chalet, sesaje nak cek kalau2 nama kami ade.. berpusu lar 11 orang ni ke Matahari. Tapi perkabaran buruk sedang menanti kami..
Nama kami sebenarnya memang tidak ada langsung dalam room or pakej di Matahari.. dan bermulalah drama..
Kami pun dengan perasaan hampa dan bengang pun berjalan mencari Cempaka Chalet. Dan gambar di atas adalah Cempaka Chalet. Agak mengecewakan kami apabila condition chalet ini langsung tidak pernah terlintas di pemikiran kami semua..ye lah, bila da bayar RM350, we didnt expect all this.. No restaurant at all.

And Cempaka Chalet only provide rooms and snorkeling. What the fishhhhhhh! We start to call Yana, Hannan and who so ever yg di beri nama.. and non of them pick up our call. something fishy is going on right now.
Bila call office dorang, dorang akan kate, u liase kan dengan Yana, so u better kol dier sampai dapat..sebab dorang takde kene mengene dalam perjanjian kami dengan Yana..lagi lah kami berangin!!! ape nih...
We decided to refund back our money. We keep on calling Yana , Hannan , Azhar.. We managed to talk with Hannan and screw him up side down.. after 1 hour tele conversation, Hannan will refund our total money by transfer into account. And that is after we mentioned that we gonna make a police report towards them.
Can you just imagine, 11 pax sitting around and keep on cursing.. How could that agent cheated on us?????
At last, 5 of us decided go back to KL, and 6 wanted to stay.
6 of us managed to get 2 rooms at Panorama Chalet, which is our favorite chalet here in Pulau Perhentian Long Beach.

Fakta Mengenai Gula
Apakah Gula?
- Gula adalah karbohidrat ringkas yang membekalkan sumber tenaga segera yang mudah diserap oleh tubuh.
- Secara semulajadi, gula boleh didapati dalam makanan yang mengandungi karbohidrat seperti nasi, mi, roti, pasta dan ubi-ubian. Gula juga terdapat dalam buah-buahan dalam bentuk fruktosa, dan susu dalam bentuk laktosa.
- Selain terdapat dalam bentuk semulajadi, gula juga ditambah ke dalam makanan semasa penyediaan atau pemprosesan.
- Pengambilan gula tambahan tidak diperlukan dalam diet harian kerana gula boleh diperoleh daripada makanan yang mengandungi karbohidrat.
- Pada label makanan, gula boleh disenaraikan sebagai sukrosa (sucrose), fruktosa (fructose), sorbitol, manitol (mannitol), sirap jagung (corn syrup), madu (honey), malt, ekstrak malt (malt extract), maltosa (maltose), ekstrak beras (rice extract), molas (molasses) , golden syrup dan inverted sugar .
Apakah saranan pengambilan gula tambahan?
- WHO (2003) menyarankan pengambilan gula tambahan tidak melebihi 10% daripada jumlah tenaga harian. Oleh itu, bagi orang dewasa, purata pengambilan gula tambahan yang disarankan adalah tidak melebihi 10 sudu teh sehari (50g).
- Gula tambahan yang dimaksudkan adalah monosakarida dan dwisakarida yang ditambah ke dalam makanan dan minuman oleh pengilang-pengilang makanan dan gula yang ditambah semasa memasak dan menyedia makanan.
Apakah corak pengambilan gula di Malaysia?
- Berdasarkan Kajian Pengambilan Makanan di Kalangan Orang Dewasa Malaysia 2002/2003, orang dewasa di Malaysia menambah 7 sudu teh sehari iaitu 4 sudu teh gula pasir dan 3 sudu teh susu pekat manis ke dalam minuman mereka. Jumlah gula yang ditambah ke dalam minuman ini sahaja telah melebihi saranan Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO) dan Panduan Diet Malaysia yang mencadangkan pengambilan jumlah gula sehari tidak melebihi 50g.
Apakah corak pengeluaran gula di Malaysia?
- Data daripada Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri, Koperasi dan Kepenggunaan menunjukkan bahawa pengedaran gula di Malaysia semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Pengedaran gula domestik telah meningkat daripada 651,973.12 metrik tan pada tahun 2004 kepada 806,381.88 metrik tan pada tahun 2009. Sementara pengedaran gula industri pula telah meningkat daripada 306,895.34 metrik tan pada tahun 2004 kepada 474,801.16 metrik tan pada tahun 2009. Data ini menunjukkan bahawa pengambilan gula di kalangan rakyat Malaysia semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Ini mungkin disebabkan oleh harga gula yang murah.
Apakah kesan pengambilan gula secara berlebihan?
- Pengambilan gula yang berlebihan boleh mengakibatkan pengambilan tenaga yang berlebihan.
- Pengambilan tenaga harian yang berlebihan dalam jangkamasa yang panjang boleh meningkatkan berat badan dan menyebabkan obesiti. Keadaan ini akan menjadi lebih serius sekiranya diet harian adalah tinggi lemak dan kurangnya aktiviti fizikal yang dilakukan.
- Tinjauan Kesihatan dan Morbiditi Kebangsaan (National Health and Morbidity Survey, NHMS) III, 2006 mendapati 29.1% orang dewasa di Malaysia berlebihan berat badan mankala 14.0% pula obes. Ini telah menunjukkan peningkatan berbanding NHMS II, 1996 iaitu masing-masing 16.0% (berlebihan berat badan) dan 4.0% (obes).
- Obesiti dan berlebihan berat badan meningkatkan risiko mendapat pelbagai jenis penyakit kronik seperti diabetes, darah tinggi dan sakit jantung.
- Prevalen pesakit diabetes dalam kalangan penduduk yang berumur lebih daripada 30 tahun telah meningkat daripada 8.3% pada tahun 1996 (NHMS II) kepada 14.9% pada tahun 2006 (NHMS III).
- Gula juga boleh dikaitkan dengan pembentukan karies gigi (dental caries). Data dari Kementerian Kesihatan menunjukkan kadar karies gigi di kalangan kanak-kanak berumur 5 tahun adalah 76.5% (2005) dan 80.9 % dalam kalangan kanak-kanak yang berumur 6 tahun (1997).
Saranan utama 1
- Makan makanan yang rendah kandungan gula.
- Pilih atau sediakan kuih dan kek yang rendah kandungan gula.
- Gantikan manisan seperti kuih dan kek dengan pilihan yang lebih sihat seperti buah-buahan.
- Kurangkan kekerapan mengambil makanan yang bergula.
- Elakkan mengambil makanan yang bergula di antara waktu makan utama dan sebelum tidur.
- Semak kandungan gula pada senarai ramuan sesuatu produk makanan. Sekiranya gula tersenarai di bahagian awal senarai ramuan, ini menunjukkan gula merupakan komponen utama makanan tersebut.
Saranan Utama 2
- Minum minuman yang rendah kandungan gula.
- Minumlah air kosong berbanding minuman manis seperti air berkarbonat atau air sirap dan kordial.
- Hadkan pengambilan gula atau susu pekat manis atau susu isian pekat manis kepada 1 sudu teh sahaja untuk setiap cawan minuman.
- Minta untuk kurangkan gula atau susu pekat manis atau susu isian pekat manis semasa memesan minuman.
- Periksa kandungan gula dalam label minuman.
- Kurangkan kekerapan mengambil minuman yang bergula seperti air berkarbonat,kordial, cendol dan air batu campur (ABC).
- Elak mengambil minuman yang bergula di antara hidangan utama dan sebelum waktu tidur.
Apakah kesan penjimatan gula kepada kesihatan?
- Pengurangan penggunaan gula menjimatkan perbelanjaan dan boleh meningkatkan taraf kesihatan.
- 1 sudu teh gula membekalkan 20 kilokalori. Sekiranya seseorang itu mengambil makanan dan minuman yang ditambah dengan 7 sudu teh gula sehari, jumlah pengambilan tenaga tambahan daripada gula adalah 140 kilokalori. Jika tidak digunakan, 140 kilokalori tenaga ini akan ditukarkan kepada 20 gram lemak. Jika pengambilan gula ini berterusan setiap hari dan tenaga yang dihasil tidak digunakan untuk tempoh sebulan, akan terkumpul 600 gram lemak. Jika pengumpulan lemak ini berterusan selama 1 tahun, akan terkumpul 7.2 kilogram lemak berlebihan dalam badan!. Ini belum ditambah dengan pengumpulan lemak daripada makanan yang berminyak, bersantan dan berlemak yang diambil setiap hari.
- Untuk membakar 140 kilokalori yang diperolehi daripada 7 sudu teh gula tambahan, seseorang itu perlu berjoging atau berjalan menaiki bukit selama 20 minit, senamrobik selama 30 minit, berbasikal selama 40 minit atau melakukan kerja-kerja rumah yang biasa seperti menyapu sampah, membasuh, memasak dan mengemas selama 1 jam.
- Sekiranya seseorang itu mengurangkan pengambilan gula tambahan kepada 3 sudu teh gula sehari (iaitu 1 sudu teh gula bagi setiap cawan minuman dan diambil 3 kali sehari), beliau telah dapat mengelakkan penambahan tenaga sebanyak 80 kilokalori sehari, 560 kilokalori seminggu atau 2240 kilokalori sebulan. Oleh itu, beliau dapat mengelakkan penambahan lemak sebanyak 300 gram sebulan, atau 600 gram dalam tempoh dua bulan atau 3.6 kilogram dalam tempoh setahun.
- Berat 1 sudu teh gula adalah 5 gram. Oleh itu, 1 kilogram gula adalah bersamaan dengan 200 sudu teh gula.
- Harga satu kilogram gula adalah RM1.65. Oleh itu, harga bagi 1 sudu teh gula adalah 0.8 sen atau 1 sen.
- Sekiranya seorang pengendali makanan yang biasa menyediakan minuman menggunakan gula tambahan sebanyak 4 sudu teh bagi setiap cawan mengurangkannya kepada 1 sudu teh, beliau dapat menjimatkan perbelanjaan sebanyak 3 sen bagi setiap cawan minuman yang disediakan. Sekiranya beliau menyediakan minuman bergula kepada 500 orang pelanggan satu hari, beliau boleh menjimatkan perbelanjaan sebanyak RM15 (3 sen x 500 cawan) sehari, atau RM450 (RM15 x 30 hari) sebulan, dan RM5,400 (RM450 x 12 bulan) setahun!
Apakah usaha yang telah dilakukan oleh Kementerian Kesihatan bagi mendidik rakyat mengurangkan pengambilan gula?
- Kementerian Kesihatan telah menjalankan beberapa inisiatif bagi mendidik rakyat supaya mengurangkan pengambilan gula. Ini termasuk melalui Kempen Cara Hidup Sihat, bermula pada tahun 1991. Kempen ini diterus dan diperkukuhkan sehingga kini melalui pelaksanaan Promosi Makan Secara Sihat (Healthy Eating Promotion).
- Pada tahun 1998, Kempen Kurangkan Gula telah dijalankan secara intensif. Semasa kempen ini, pelbagai aktiviti telah dijalankan. Ini termasuk kempen yang disasarkan kepada gerai makanan dengan menggunakan slogan "1 Mencukupi, Kurang Lebih Baik"; rundingan dengan hotel, restoran, kantin, kedai kopi, pemegang francais dan katerer; serta penyebaran mesej kurangkan gula melalui risalah, poster dan iklan televisyen. Selain daripada itu perundingan dengan industri makanan turut dijalankan. Melalui perundingan ini, industri makanan telah bersetuju untuk mengurangkan kandungan gula dalam produk makanan dan minuman yang mereka keluarkan. Hasilnya, pada hari ini didapati semakin banyak produk yang kurang kandungan gula di pasaran. Usaha ini sedang diteruskan bagi memastikan peningkatan produk sebegini di pasaran.
- Seiring dengan usaha ini, pelabelan makanan "rendah gula" (low sugar) dan "bebas gula" (sugar free) telah dibenarkan di bawah Peraturan-peraturan Makanan 1985. Mengikut Peraturan-peraturan ini, makanan "rendah gula" adalah makanan yang mengandungi gula tidak melebihi 5 gram per 100 gram atau 2.5 gram per 100 ml. Makanan "bebas gula" pula adalah makanan yang mengandungi gula tidak melebihi 0.5 gram per 100 gram atau 100 ml. Peraturan-peraturan Makanan 1985 juga mewajibkan pelabelan kandungan gula dalam minuman sedia diminum.
- Pada tahun 2007, kempen media yang menumpukan kepada promosi makan secara sihat yang dikenali sebagai "5M" telah dijalankan. "Mengurangkan Gula" merupakan salah satu mesej yang disampaikan dalam kempen ini.
- Usaha lain yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Kesihatan termasuk menjalankan aktiviti pendidikan melalui media masa dan melalui beberapa setting seperti Pusat Maklumat Pemakanan dan Dapur Sihat Masyarakat yang terdapat di hampir semua negeri. Usaha juga dilakukan bagi mendidik kanak-kanak sekolah melalui program dan aktiviti yang dijalankan bersama Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia termasuk melalui mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesihatan.
- Mesej bagi mengurangkan pengambilan gula juga merupakan salah satu komponen utama di dalam Panduan Diet Malaysia.
- Perkhidmatan runding cara pemakanan juga disediakan di klinik-klinik kesihatan bagi meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemahiran masyarakat tentang amalan makan secara sihat, termasuk mengurangkan pengambilan gula. Perkhidmatan terus kepada rakyat ini diberikan oleh Pegawai Zat Makanan. Sehingga Mac 2010, 51 jawatan Pegawai Zat telah diwujudkan di klinik-klinik kesihatan untuk tujuan ini. Perkhidmatan ini akan diperkukuhkan dengan menempatkan Pegawai Zat Makanan di semua klinik kesihatan.
Apakah tujuan kempen kurangkan gula 2010?
- Kempen Kurangkan Gula 2010 merupakan usaha berterusan kerajaan untuk mendidik rakyat tentang kesan pengambilan gula yang berlebihan. Dalam masa yang sama, kempen ini bertujuan menggalakkan pengendali makanan dan industri makanan menyediakan makanan dan minuman yang rendah kandungan gula kepada pengguna. Ini penting bagi menyediakan persekitaran yang menggalakkan rakyat mempraktikkan amalan makan secara sihat.
- Tujuan jangka panjang kempen ini adalah untuk melahirkan rakyat yang sihat dan sejahtera, supaya dapat menyumbang secara berkesan kepada pembangunan negara.

7 Langkah bijak mengurangkan gula
- Minum air kosong bagi menggantikan minuman manis seperti air berkarbonat, air sirap dan kordial.
- Hadkan gula, susu pekat manis, susu isian pekat manis dan krimer manis kepada 1 sudu teh sahaja untuk setiap cawan minuman.
- Elak menambah gula dalam masakan. Sediakan kuih dan kek yang rendah kandungan gula.
- Elakkan makanan dan minuman bergula di antara hidangan utama dan sebelum waktu tidur.
- Makan buah sebagai pencuci mulut bagi menggantikan makanan bergula seperti kuih, kek dan bubur.
- Baca label dan elakkan produk yang menyenaraikan gula di bahagian awal senarai ramuan.

It sounds silly but I am kind of in the middle. Like i usually air on

The feel when Im eating is something that good, phrase that I narrated it is " uuuuhhhhh, Im lost for 5 seconds"
Staring at the food, imagine it go into my trachea, my intestinal, my stomach..and thats IT!
